The responses generated by the avatars presented on this platform are based on answers provided in advance by the candidate or political party to election questionnaire questions. This is not paid or targeted political advertising, and Persona does not create, modify or select the political views expressed by the avatar.

How does the avatar work?

• The avatar's responses are based on information provided by the candidate or political party, not on content created by Persona.
• The content is not targeted at individual users, and the avatar's responses do not change based on a user's personal information, background or previous responses.
• All users are presented with the same content when discussing the same topics.

Commissioning

The avatar is created through collaboration between the candidate or political party and Persona.

Transparency principles

Although the avatar content does not meet all the criteria of political advertising under the EU Regulation on the Transparency and Targeting of Political Advertising (TTPA, EU 2024/900) – it is neither paid nor targeted advertising – Persona follows the Regulation's transparency principles where applicable and openly explains who commissioned the content and what the avatar's responses are based on.
